contribute to the AMSA Foundation. There are often many

person, with an Honor Gift. An acknowledgement card will
be sent to the honoree or family, so be sure to include
the name and address of the person(s) who should receive
a card when making your donation. You may use our online
form or send a check as detailed above. |

that will match, double or even triple your donation.
To find out if this is a benefit your company offers,
contact your human resources department and ask for
a matching-gift form. Send the completed form with
