Center
for the Future of Health Care
Because AMSA represents the
future of health and the healthcare workforce, the
AMSA Foundation's decision to form the Center for
the Future of Health Care was a logical one. The
Center focuses on research and education for both
future providers and the general public. |
-
Breaking Barriers is
a multi-media series, designed to help physicians-in-training
and practicing physicians understand the health
implications of disparities such as race and ethnicity,
geography, and sexuality.
-
National Primary Care
Week is an annual interdisciplinary
event that highlights the importance of primary
care and brings together health care students
and professionals to discuss and learn about
generalist and interdisciplinary health care,
particularly its impact on and importance to
underserved populations.
